Nottingham City Homes manages more than 27,000 homes across the city on behalf of Nottingham City Council. Our vision is to ‘create homes and places where people want to live’. All of our homes have reached the decent homes standard and, as part of our ‘Building a better Nottingham’ programme, we are building hundreds of new council homes – the biggest programme of its kind for a generation. 

Based within our Tenancy and Estates Management team, we have multiple opportunities for Housing Patch Managers to join us and provide a tenancy and estate management service which meets the diverse needs and aspirations of our tenants and leaseholders. With your experience of working in a housing environment, you will use your knowledge and understanding of housing legislation, statutory frameworks and best practice to deliver housing management and environmental services to the highest standard.

You will display the drive and determination to provide excellent customer service and making a difference to Nottingham City Homes tenants across the City. This is a challenging role but you will gain the satisfaction of knowing that your contribution really matters as everyone needs somewhere safe, decent and affordable place to live.

Proactive in your approach and with the ability to deliver continuous service improvements, your role will involve a variety of tenancy and estate management responsibilities, including carrying out regular estate inspections, providing housing advice and dealing with issues such as anti- social behaviour. Good interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to present reports concisely to varied client groups and liaise with internal and external agencies are essential. As an effective team member, you must be flexible in your working hours and be able to travel to various locations across Nottingham.
